We’ve become completely disconnected from ourselves and the natural world.

From the food that we eat to the toxins in our air, water, households, and personal care products to our lack of movement and sunlight, spirituality, connection, and community.

We’ve turned into a culture that seeks happiness through external validation like social media, status, and material items. We’ve gotten so far away from what makes us human—and we’re unhappier and sicker than ever.

Our fast-paced, modern-day, convenience-driven lifestyle has taken priority over health. We no longer take the time to think about what’s in our food or where it comes from, and our capitalist food system totally uses this to its advantage.

Big Food companies have hijacked our grocery stores and stocked our shelves with cheap processed foods riddled with refined grains, processed wheat, sugar, artificial dyes, flavors, preservatives, pesticides, and harmful chemicals (many of which have been banned from Europe and declared unsafe for human consumption).

The worst part? They convince us that this is the food we want to eat by making it cheap and addicting as hell. What’s even more messed up is that the people who are of low socioeconomic status have gotten the grunt of it.

As a society, we are being subjected to eating low-quality food that’s slowly stripping us of our health, vibrancy, creativity, and fire. Our food system is built on profit, not on health. And pharmaceutical companies are having a field day getting rich off of a nation that is overweight, undernourished, and suffering from a myriad of chronic diseases.

My goal is to help you get connected with your ancestral roots. To integrate the fundamental elements of health and what makes us human back into your life through nutrition, food, and education.
