Starbucks might taste delicious, but every single one of their specialty drinks is unnecessarily high in sugar. š„

And it takes less than 5 minutes to make (less time than it takes to go through a busy Starbucks drive-thru.)
Instructions:
Pour brewed coffee into a medium-sized pot. Add pumpkin puree, and whisk into coffee on the stovetop over medium heat.
Add cinnamon, nutmeg, and a pinch of Himalayan pink salt. Whisk.
Froth half and half in a frother or a DIY froth if you donāt have a frother.
Pour the coffee mixture into a mug or to-go cup, and add frothed milk, and a sprinkle of chocolate salt.
Enjoy!
Enjoy drinking a delicious specialty coffee, AND let your body enjoy it too! Less of a blood sugar spike, less stress on the body, inflammation, insulin resistance, etc.
